<p>On a [not so] recent Sunday Chore day, one of the kids mistakenly tossed a single small piece of garbage into the recycling can. Mihal ordered the miscreant in question to retrieve the errant wastoid and redeposit it correctly.</p>
<p>After a brief struggle with unreachable trash, a can that was too tall to dip into, and various failed pick sticks and other tools, this was the solution!</p>
<p>Can you tell who this is?</p>
